Our sites may also contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. Photo storage
Photos uploaded to the website but not added to basket will be deleted after 7 days of inactivity. A person returning to the product they uploaded photos to would restart that 7 day timer. So if this customer keeps checking if they're deleted, they'll find the photos keep staying.
Products added to the basket are deleted after 31 days of inactivity. This includes the photos uploaded for the product. As soon as someone removes a product from their basket, all photos associated are deleted.
When someone places an order, photos are kept for 63 days, dropping to 31 days once the order has started being processed. The 63 days is so that during busy periods, if it takes a while to begin processing an order, photos don't get deleted prematurely.
Once photos are deleted, no reference to them or identifiable information associated with them are kept.
